FAQ Norman, Moore and Oklahoma City

Here are some of the frequently asked questions we receive from our clients.

What do I do at the scene of an accident?

If anyone is injured or you cannot drive your vehicle, contact the police or call 911. Exchange information with the other driver including, license numbers, name, telephone and insurance information. Make a note of the names of any witnesses and take photos of the windshield damage, if it is safe to do so.

What should I look for in auto glass shop when I need windshield or window repair?

A reputable auto glass shop will provide an accurate cost estimate and a reasonable time frame for completing the repairs. Clarify the terms of your guarantee for repair work and whether a courtesy car is available if repairs are lengthy.

Should I contact my own insurance company even if the accident was not my fault?

Contact your insurance company to notify them in the event of an accident. Your insurance company can help speed up a claim no matter who is at fault. Eagle 1 Autoglass LLC provides assistance with processing your insurance claims once your vehicle is under our care.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

If you are able to do so, it is recommended to make an appointment with a Eagle 1 Autoglass LLC representative in order to receive the most professional and accurate estimate. Do not attempt to drive your vehicle if it is unsafe to do so.

Do I have to take my vehicle to the auto glass shop suggested by my insurance company?

Your insurance company may direct you to have complete repairs at a preferred auto glass repair center; however it is always your decision to have repairs done at a location you have chosen and deem trustworthy.

How soon can I bring my vehicle in for auto glass repairs and how long will it take?

Call us with details of the extent of the damages to your car immediately following an incident and we can help you assess whether it is safe for you to drive to our location or whether you require towing. Eagle 1 Autoglass LLC provides free appraisals and detailed written estimates and always asks for your authorization before completing any auto glass repair work.

Does Eagle 1 Autoglass LLC offer a warranty on repairs?

We provide extended warranties on most repairs made to the vehicles of our clients for the time that they own their vehicle. Drop in for a visit for more information.

Who collects the deductible and when is it collected?

The deductible amount is determined at the time you purchased your insurance. Unless your auto glass center is notified that this fee has been waived for any reason, the vehicle insurance policy's deductible amount is to be paid by the customer directly to the shop once the glass repairs have been completed. Eagle 1 Autoglass LLC accepts debit and major credit cards.

Does Eagle 1 Autoglass LLC provide courtesy vehicles?

Yes. We offer guaranteed mobility to our clients and strive to make the entire repair process as hassle-free as possible.
